Common Faults and Treatment
1. The whole machine is not powered on：
Alarm analysis
- The plug is not energized.
- The main switch of the power supply in the electrical box is not turned on.
- The power fuse is burned or has poor contact.
- Inadequate switching power supply (AC220V—DC24V).
- The power terminal is loose.
Processing method
- Check the socket and plug cable.
- Check the power switch and AC input.
- Replace the fuse.
- Replace the switching power supply.
- Check the terminal and tighten it.
2. The touch screen does not have power
Alarm analysis
- The power switch of the operating platform is not turned on.
- The working voltage of the touch screen(DC24V) is abnormal.
- The power supply self-locking relay is broken.
- The touch screen is broken.
Processing method
- Turn on the power switch or check the switch.
- Check DC24V (provided by PLC).
- Replace the relay.
- Replace the touch screen.
3. The touch screen is not working(There is a screen display but the operation is invalid)
Alarm analysis
- The touch screen and PLC connection are bad (or poor contact).
- PLC is not working.
- Emergency stop switch lock.
- The touch screen is broken.
Processing method
- Check the communication line.
- Check PLC.
- Release the emergency stop switch.
- Shut down and restart.
- Replace the touch screen.
4. An alarm occurs
Alarm analysis: There is fault protection.
Processing method: Follow the on-screen prompts to check.
5. The track does not run
Alarm analysis
- Control line.
- The drive motor is not working.
- The motor or drive is damaged.
Processing method
- Check whether the control line is damaged.
- Check the working voltage of the driver and check whether the motor is open.
- Replace the motor and drive.
