Equipment Description

It is mainly composed of 4 parts, the main frame, the lifting platform mechanism, the rail transmission part, and the electronic control part. Among them, the main frame is a sheet metal structure, which mainly plays the role of protection, support, and stability; The lifting platform part is used to store the PCB board; The entrance platform (export platform) is mainly connected with the pre-engineering (post-engineering) equipment, which is mainly composed of aluminum profiles.

The electronic control part realizes man-machine dialogue, composed of PLC (signal microprocessor) and touch screen (human-machine interface), the lifting transmission adopts servo control, the electric control box is located inside the operation frame, and it can be seen when the operation door is opened; The gas path involved uses SMC elements. The machine has a compact structure, stable performance, and low failure force.

  • Place the substrate into the rails. The track adjusts the width to the preset board width. The substrate is passed to the backend.
