◾ Working principle:
The high-speed magazine feeder clamps multiple magazines through the upper and lower movable material racks and utilizes an electric lifting structure to accurately feed the PCB into the conveyor track layer by layer. The equipment is synchronized with the SMT main line through the built-in sensor to ensure that each PCB is accurately supplied to the downstream patch process.

Equipment Operation Process(Loader):
1. Manually place the full magazine on the lower magazine track.
2. Lift XZ to clamp the empty magazine and move it to the board transport track.
3. The push plate assembly pushes the PCB on the track to the exit transition track.
4. After the full magazine has unloaded the PCB, the empty magazine comes out from the upper layer.
