At the Nepcon Shanghai exhibition, the multi-chamber vacuum reflow oven newly launched by S&M Joint Research Institute attracted much attention. This equipment can prolong the vacuum time at a lower temperature and a lower vacuum degree, with better solder quality and a bubble rate as low as 1%.
Selective Wave Soldering
Selective wave soldering uses precise local soldering technology to perform precise soldering on specific solder joints, reducing defects in cold soldering and improving soldering yield and reliability.
